Digestible News is a FoodCultura action and workshop that starts from a metaphorical reflection on the press and food under the format of an edible newspaper.
Thanks to wafer paper and digital printing with edible ink, participants could design their own section of the newspaper on different topics to choose: Politics, Local Chronicle, Economy and Crisis, Food and Gastronomy, Fashion and Design, Sports, Culture and Society , Advertising, etc. or simply send a photograph that represents one of these sections and print it.
The proposal is an initiative in which the public had the opportunity to be part of an “editorial team” where, sitting at different tables, they created their own page as a reflection and metaphor of the news that is consumed daily, digestible and indigestible.
